has always been energized by helping clients achieve their optimum
business potential. Her passion for breaking down complex processes
into simple language opens interoffice communication. After working
with Tina, everyone from the CEO to the office administrator can
understand and implement the company's mission.
Tina received her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University. After graduation, she traveled across the United States as a computer consultant for Accenture and Renaissance Worldwide helping clients such as Federal Express, The Gap, Anheuser-Busch, Florida Power & Light and Progress Energy. Through this experience, her propensity for efficiency developed. She specialized in workflow management, process improvement, policy and procedure documentation and quality control. By helping people simplify the way they do their jobs, Tina gives them a sense of control that allows them to be more productive.
Tina has experience as an adjunct math instructor at St. Petersburg College. Her love of teaching is apparent during client sessions. Also apparent is her patience, which she gained as a wife and mother of eight-year-old triplets!!! Not surprisingly, Tina excels at creating repeatable and sustainable processes and developing time management tricks for busy executives. Work/life balance is a constant challenge but one she strives to bring to her clients and to meet herself.
Tina
is an
active member of the Business Process Management (BPM) Institute and the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and is working toward her CPO certification. She is a graduate
of Leadership St. Pete, Class of 2004, and now sits on the Board of
Directors for Leadership St. Pete Alumni Association as Secretary. She is also a member of the St. Pete Downtown Partnership, Toastmasters, Business Transition Council, Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce, and is on the Board of Directors for Brookwood Florida, home for troubled teenage girls.
