Business Needs Assessment (BNA)

The Business Needs Assessment is completed in 2 sessions:
1st Session - The Good, The Bad & The Ugly - We discuss what is going on your business, your goals and what you would like to achieve to become more organized and efficient.
2nd Session - Project Planning - We review the recommendations, review the priorities of the project and set the schedule to meet with the process owners and team members.
