Take 15

15 minutes, that is. Imagine if you consistently made progress on your most important projects. Use the first 15 minutes of each day to work on the very next actionable step of a project. Yes, this means resisting the urge to open your email first thing. You will be one step closer to your goals.

Revisit your Goals

Have you looked at your goals lately? Take the time to review them. Maybe they will inspire you or perhaps you will change them to match new inspirations. Goals are the roadmap to your future. Know what you want to accomplish and your vision will become clear.

Email Overload

Are you spinning your wheels trying to stay on top of your emails? Coach your frequent email senders to be direct. Be bold. Change your subject line to say what you really want. More direct communication requires less back-and-forth dialogue which saves everyone time. Oh, and try to send less emails.

Snacking?

If you find yourself snacking on emails throughout the day, then you may be losing valuable time to work on meaningful activities. Set specific times throughout the day to check your emails.
