With home base in the Tampa Bay area, Tina Fischer traveled the United States as a Big Six consultant for 8 years. When she decided to settle down in St. Petersburg, Florida, she ended up taking a hiatus from the corporate world when she became a mother of triplets. Real life stretched her organization and time management skills to the limit and she found a new appreciation for making life simple and easier.

When Tina reentered the workforce, she was driven to find a way to use her prior work experience and her current life knowledge to help entrepreneurs, executives and business owners find their own work/life balance. She began working with Your Home Editor, a home organizing company, but found herself drawn to the office environment. In 2008, she broke off and started a sister company, Your Business Editor.

The name Your Business Editor comes from Tina's ability to recognize the importance of editing out the unnecessary in complex business processes and procedures. When only what is clear remains, productivity and profitability are revealed. Your Business Editors offer inventive, clever solutions for simplifying the everyday corporate clutter and stress that impedes work/life balance.
